Where does King Killers ship from?
All King Killers apparel is made and shipped from the United States. We ship worldwide, with tracking provided on every order as soon as it leaves the facility.
How long does shipping take?
Most apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, hats) processes in 1–3 business days and then arrives in 2–5 business days within the USA, 5–10 business days to Canada, and 10–30 business days for the rest of the world. Made-to-order items like swim trunks and canvas art take longer — see below. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories can add 7–12 business days.
How much does shipping cost? Is there free shipping?
Standard US shipping is a flat rate, and orders over $75 ship free within the USA. Canada starts at $8.50 for the first item ($4.00 each additional); international starts at $10.00 for the first item ($4.00 each additional). Exact costs are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — King Killers ships worldwide. International orders typically arrive in 10–30 business days. Customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country; these are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.
Why do swim trunks take longer to arrive?
Our men's swim trunks are made to order, with a 5–7 business day processing time before they ship. Current US delivery estimates run 12–20 business days door to door. If you need them by a specific date, message us first and we'll give you an honest timeline.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order ships. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, then email heck@kingkillers.co with your order number and we'll resend it.
Products, Sizing & Fit
Are King Killers products made to order or print-on-demand?
Many of our graphic pieces are printed to order in the USA, which is how we offer a huge range of fighter-inspired designs without holding dead stock. That's also why processing takes a day or two — each item is made for you, not pulled off a shelf. Items in the Ships Now collection are in stock and go out fastest.
What size should I order?
Every product page links to a size guide for that specific garment (t-shirts, hoodies, tanks, shorts, swim trunks, and hats all have their own charts). Our tees are printed on 100% pre-shrunk cotton for a true-to-size fit. If you're between sizes or want a relaxed/oversized look, size up.
What materials are King Killers products made from?
It depends on the piece: graphic tees are 100% pre-shrunk cotton, mesh shorts are 100% polyester with zip pockets and a drawstring waistband, and hoodies use heavy-blend cotton/poly fabrics. Exact composition is listed on each product page.
What makes King Killers different from other combat sports apparel?
King Killers is fighter-owned and fighter-designed. It was founded and is run by active combat sports professionals, including pro BKFC fighter Michael Heckert — so the gear is built by people who actually train, compete, and walk out. That authenticity, not just the graphics, is what sets it apart from generic MMA merch.
Bundles & Discounts
What is Stack & Save?
Stack & Save is our automatic multi-item discount: buy 2 items and get 10% off, buy 3 or more and get 15% off. It applies automatically in your cart — no code needed — and stacks on top of free US shipping over $75.
Do you sell bundles or kits?
Yes. Curated kits like the Fight Camp Kit, Summer Walkout Kit, and Fighter Graphic Set pair best-selling pieces together so you can kit up in one click and trigger Stack & Save savings.
Returns & Order Issues
What is your return or exchange policy?
We back every order with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Made-to-order items (printed apparel, swim trunks, canvas art) can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. See our full refund policy, or email heck@kingkillers.co with your order number to start a return.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
First, check your shipping confirmation and confirm the address was correct. If the address was wrong, we'll happily resend to the correct address at your cost. If the address was right and tracking has stalled, email heck@kingkillers.co with your order number — we'll send a replacement if we can't locate it through the carrier.
My tracking says "delivered" but I didn't get it.
If tracking shows delivered and the package can't be located, refunds are handled case by case at King Killers' discretion. Reach out with your order number and we'll work it through with you.
Payments & Account
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards plus the express wallets shown at checkout (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay).
Is it safe to order from King Killers?
Yes. King Killers is a US-based, fighter-owned business and checkout is secured through Shopify's encrypted payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our site.
