ORDER ISSUES
Order Never Arrived:
If your order didn’t end up arriving during the times above, be sure contact us with your order number.
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us by e-mail noting your order number. We’ll Send Another If We Cannot Locate It Through The Post Office.
*NOTE: If Your Tracking Information Says "DELIVERED" And We Cannot Locate It, A Decision On Refund Will Be Made On A Case By Case Basis Ultimately Decided By King Killers Apparel.*
When Will The Deliveries Take Place?
Our courier partner will try to deliver between 9:00am - 6:00pm EST.
What Happens If I Am Out When Delivery Is Attempted?
If you weren’t available when the courier partner knocked at your door, the package will be left in a safe place. If a safe place cannot be determined, two additional delivery attempts will follow on successive days.
How Will I Be Notified About My Order?
An e-mail or SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order.
We'll also let you know as soon as we ship the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the “Track Order” section on our website.
Our final notification will inform you the package is out for delivery!
How Will The Packaging Look In Case Of A Door Delivery?
