Orders & account

From checkout confirmation to order changes.
How do I know my order went through?

Shopify sends an order confirmation to the email or phone number used at checkout. If you do not see it, check your spam folder, then contact us with the name and email used for the order.

Can I change or cancel an order after checkout?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. We will help when we can, but changes are not guaranteed after an order enters production or ships.

Shipping & delivery

Processing, transit times, tracking, and international orders.
When will my order ship and arrive?

Most apparel orders process in 1–3 business days. Estimated transit is 2–5 business days in the USA, 5–10 to Canada, and 10–30 worldwide. Swim trunks can have delays of up to 20 business days. See the shipping policy for current details.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information is sent as soon as your order ships. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the package, check the delivery location and carrier updates before contacting us with your order number.

Do you offer free shipping?

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping when the offer is available for the destination shown at checkout. The checkout total is the final source for shipping eligibility and cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International delivery estimates vary by destination, and the recipient is responsible for customs duties or import fees charged by the destination country.
